My Pink Hair Journey with Palty Hair Dyes (Hard Bleach Golden Brown & Sparkling Blonde), Etude House Bubble Gold Blonde, and Manic Panic Hot Hot Pink

Hey babies! Finally~ My pink hair journey~ Okay.... First of, this is not a review review. Maybe I'll sight some comments about the products but won't get in to details about it. So... Here we go...

Let me show you the "timeline" of my hair XD

So I started of with a deep brown color... residue from my past hair coloring. LOL.... to make it blonde I used Palty Hair Dye in Hard Bleach Golden Blonde which I made a review, here http://visualizzz.blogspot.com/search/label/crowning%20glory.

Then I decided to test! the manic panic in Hot Hot Pink...

Haha! I just remembered Avril Lavigne with this one. LOL. anyway moving on~

Then I had this urge~ to make my whole head pink. LOL well that's my original plan anyway... 

I'm actually itching to try Etude House Bubble Hair Dye in Blonde for sooooo long... I've waited for it actually. Then when I finally saw it in Watson's, I immediately grabbed one and paid for it. I was so damn excited coz I am a fan of EH products. And my hopes are really at it's height! But after using it... I got REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED! super to the point that I cursed on it. >_< I really hated it.. It made my hair darker! which it should make my hair lighter! Since my hair is already light, I am expecting that layering it with another bleach dye will make it lighter. BUT DAMN! It made me so "angry" coz It's like I went back to zero >_< Hay... I don't recommend their bleach bubble dye. Haven't tried the other colors though so I really can't tell. But Ill try to make a separate review on that one.. >_<

But I didn't stop there... I still have that strong feeling of having my hair pink. So I purchased another Palty Hair dye at http://japanichi.multiply.com, in Sparkling Blonde. I beleive that it is the lightest bleach that they have. Will make a separate post for that later.

I dunno, It didn't do much... Maybe because~ I used it after few days I had EH. Idk... Yeah~ my hair is already deaaaaaaad~ I don't really care.... I really want my hair PINK! That's what all matters to me... Here's how it looks like after I used Palty Sparkling Blonde...

Yeah it did make my hair lighter but not much~ not much... But the hell! lol... Oh, but it made the bottom part of my hair super light... note: my bottom part is pre bleached from the salon a year ago sooo it's more dead than the upper part of my hair. So anything that will be applied on that part will be more vivid and brighter...

Loooook at that beauty! I just wished that the upper part of my hair is as light as that T_T LOL but mehhh~ too late to regret... anyway... So with no further ado... I immediately dyed my hair pink after the Palty Sparkling Blonde. My first pink haiiiiir attempt. oops.. 2nd i mean.. XD

ohhhh~ it matches my lip color XD :)) Its a bit magenta-ish in front coz of course~ I applied it on my own. ahaha! Here's a photo of the back part.

uneven hair color alert! LOL but it is pretty cool~ as you can observe~ the lower part is more pink than the top part. The top part has this orange-y tone to it. But! I still find it soooo coool~ XD I had that color for weeks before I decided to re-apply another layer of pink to make it a bit more.... lighter and vivid... so... here's a preview..

its more of light pink than magenta... Well... I don't really like the Hot Hot Pink color... I wanted something more lighter or more pink-sh color.. So what I did, I added conditioner on the hair dye to make it more lighter... Techniques~ I got from different blogs, videos, etc. Let me show you a more vivid pink color...

it is sooooooooo~ pink! and I love it! hihi.. :P Sorry for the duck face expression.wahahah! LOL.This is the last pink application I did... at first, I wanted it to stay that bright and vivid, so I added pink in all my hair products just to maintain the color... But I noticed that my hair is getting crispy and dry so after finishing all the hair products that I have pink on it, I went back to using regular ones with no pink in it. So the color is pretty much fading... but it is still pink. Hm... I just have no recent photo of it.. oops wait... I found one~

with my loving sister. I... loook weird~ ahaha my apologies~ still have no sleep on that photo so i look hagard and shit XD hihi so its lighter and some parts are getting orange-ish already... but still... its pink! attention grabber :)) Oh! here's a funny story... on that photo, we were in the grocery then some lady stranger went to us. Then she suddenly asked me if I just got back from japan. ahahhaha! that's not the first time.. The first time that someone mistakenly thought that I'm a balik bayan from japan was in the airport. XD :)) some random lady asked me for japanese coins! OMG :)) seriously??XD

LOL so that's my journey.. :)) OH! the pink hair dye I used is Manic Panic's Hot Hot Pink that I got from funkystreaks.multiply.com hihi

Ohhhh~! Hellow there guys! I just wanna show you my and my sister's lippies collection :D

it's a mix of highends and drugstore brands. but its mostly drugstore brands XD coz there are lots of affordable ones with good quality ;)

But for now i'll just be talking about the Estée Lauder's ones. My sis got it from the US. HAHA! Thanks sissy loves. Anyway~ going back. So, she got 3 shades.. No, 4... but she gave the other one to mom so we have no chance of using it~ too baaad. but its fiiiine~ we have lots to use anyway XD

So let me present you our babies from Estée Lauder...

As I have researched, Fireball and Magnetic Magenta are from EL's Pure Color Vivid Shine Lipstick Collection while Melon is from their Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick. I'm not really sure though! Coz I didn't buy them and I am not familiar with EL collections. But if you wanna check it out you can visit their website.

I don't think they repeat the name of their lipstick's shades that's why I concluded where each lipstick belongs to. Anyway~

Packaging:

The cover is metal-ish in gold. But... I think it's just plastic... Hm... It looks like metal but it feels like plastic. Sorry~ I'm not quite good with materials. If not plastic, It's a very thing, very light metal. And the glass part, I think its a real glass that if it fall into something hard, it'll break. And the logo~ it helps secure the cap. Overall, it's fine. But sometimes I'm having a hard time placing them in the box coz of the logo :P hehe but nothing more. The weight is a bit heavier compared to the drugstore ones. The shade is place just below the glass part.

Here are some swatches I made in my hand. The top photo, I just swiped the lipstick once. It is not that pigmented when you put it in your lips. You have to do 2-3 more swipes to get the full color. The 2nd photo, I swiped the lipstick 2 more times each. It shows super vibrant colors. And if you can notice, they are shiny! Yes~! They have glitters on them. They look frosty and shiny when applied in lips. They're reaaaaaaaaaally gorgeous! They are great for formal events and night out parties. They reflect like pearls.

as you can observe, it shines~ it reflects the light that hits my lips. You get what you see on the tube.

Texture and Smell

Hm... they're creamy. They easily glide on my lips and they don't get into the cracks that much, which is good. They smell a bit perfume-y but not strong but it is fine. 

Lasting Power

Hm... I really can't tell... Coz personally, I eat like a barbaric girl so after eating, the color/product is completely gone~ and I have to retouch again. Hehe... Nothing much to say about it. Sorry.

So, I guess that's all it. Hope this helps even just a tiny bit~ LOL. I'm not a fan of EL so I don't think I'm gonna purchase again. Hm but who knows? They might have a better collection that may capture my interest, right?

November 2012 Tony Moly Haul

Hi! It's been a while~ and I'm back! LOL

So, I and my sister went to SM Megamall to CHECK some products at Tony Moly. Take note, CHECK. Meaning, to just see what's new in TM but will not buy anything. But... I~ end up buying stuff ~_~ They're on SALE! Cmon~ everyone love sale. 

Here's what we/I got from Tony Moly last November 4...

Puretox Cleansing Tissue (Sale), Appletox Smooth Massage Peeling Cream, Intense Care Snail Foam Cleanser (Free~! if you purchase at least 2000php), Pocket Bunny Sleek Mist, Luminous Sheer Base (Sale), Clear Water Lip & Eye Remover, and Party Lover Base Mascara

I forgot their original prices so I can't compare but! as far as I can remember, the prices are half of the original price. Yeah~ I spent 2k in one kaching! Well, I don't normally do that XD so it's a first for me. :P Well, it's still a good buy since I got something for free >:D haha!

The sales lady told me that the reason for putting certain products on sale is because TM is planning to change the packaging of the products. Ooooooh~ Let me repeat that again, change the PACKAGING~ but same content ;)

Okay~ Let me give you a preview for each products

Puretox Cleansing Tissue (My first ever!)

Puretox Cleansing Tissue removes make-up residues and impurities to provide refreshingly clean skin 

^ that's what't written on the cover of the tissue. Nothing much to say about this product since everything written at the back is in korean! Hope I can read 'em.

Next is the oh-so-famous

Appletox Smooth Massage Peeling Cream

Yeah, sooo... it's a peeling cream XD there's nothing written in english on the leaf so I can't give you any write ups and such. This is my 2nd "bottle". XD yeah I repurchased it! I'll make a review on this soon along with the Tomatox ;)

Pocket Bunny Sleek Mist (My first ever!)

Again, there's no english indications for this one. But, the sales rep of TM told me that it's meant to be used before or after make up... hmm..... they have 2 variants for this, this one is for moisturizing and the other is for anti shine which is in blue. Im not sure! I forgot ~_~ but the only thing i remember is that I got this one for its moisturizing thingy.

Clear Water Lip & Eye Remover (My first ever!)

it will remove your eyes and lips! beware! kidding XD LOL So yes, it's a make up remover. This is good for removing your eye make up such as shadows and eyeliners. Will make a separate review for this one.

Specialized lip & eye make-up remover which gives smooth and moist touch around the sensitive lip & eye area.

Gah! I wish all TM products have english indications with them... ~_~ LOL

Party Lover Luminous Sheer Base ((My first ever!)

This is a sheer moisture base which enhances continuity and adhesiveness of base makeup and pearl in color reproduces skin splendid and sheen (What?)

Anyway, this is my first ever make up base. I'm supposed to get the one that Majolica Majorca has since it's highly recommended by my BFF. LOL I will still purchase it though XD

Party Lover Base Mascara

I don't really use base for my mascara. The first base that I got... I think it's from Revlon. I really can't remember XD Yeah I just got this to complete 2000Php to avail their free product for that minimum purchase thingy.

That's everything that I purchased from TM last Nov. 4... And honestly, It's my first time to spend 2000Php in one kaching for korean products. I always limit myself from buying makeups that much in one go... Especially unnecessary ones. I am not rich yknow~ I'm still teaching myself to save! ;) plus, I don't really put make up every single day.

And yes! the reason why I got the mascara. dun dun dun~!

Intense Care Snail Foam Cleanser

Oh yeah~ I think this is a bit pricey (not sure coz I'm really not interested in buying foam cleansers). And yeah, it's one of TM's promo if you reach 2000Php worth of prods. The other one is the Floria Facial Wash I think which you'll get if you purchase around 1000Php. XD

So, that's it! My Tony Moly Haul for November. I'll be doing reviews for some of the products soon~ Maybe next month? LOL XD who know who knows.

Palty Hair Dye: Hard Bleach Golden Brown

Haha! Oh yeah~ I bleached my hair again, for the nth time~ butjust the 2nd time this year. :P Yeah you guessed it right, my hair is already "dead" since I've bleached it countless times last year. anyway! since I'm so f*cked up with all the salon bleaching, I tried to bleach my own hair with Palty Hair Dye (got it from japanichi for 600).

So let me show you my hair before I used the dye.

Its red (top part) and hot pink (lower part) that faded. So hmmm.. its a bit lighter than my natural hair color. And the lower part is bleached so its lighter than the top part. 

This is what i used. I guess I should have bought the sparkling blonde since its lighter. -____- toooooo late. but anyway.

results?

freshly bleached hair~ ahaha! LOL. Sorry for the photos its a bit crappy since i just used my phone's camera. but anyway, my lower part went a bit more pale than the top part. :)) so i still have 2 shades.. :P 

Review~

Pros:

• Doesn't sting my scalp

• Smell is bearable

• Easy to apply

• Results match pretty well with the photo in the box

Cons:

• Instructions are in japanese but you can easily interpret the illustrations

• Not available in local stores. You have to buy it online

My Acne Journey Update -- 7 months

So... yeah... here's my bare face after using the mixture for almost 7months~ LOL... def no makeup (eyebags and dark circles T_T) yeah i still do break out every month (you know whyyyy~~~) LOL but it can easily be fixed by the mixture within a week (notice the pimple mark on the side of my nose?) lol. Hehehe... this is just a quick update so dont expect much :P

Acne Journey Update

Hi everyone! I'm back! :P I'll show you my latest acne journey status(?) ahe... yep! you're right, I am still using the mixture I posted 4months ago. I am not sure if there's a big difference since 2 months ago. hehe... so I'll let you be the judge.

Here's my latest photo:

so far... i guess... spots are less visible now and can easily be covered by bb cream or any light foundation. but most of the time i use bb cream from etude house to cover imperfections and im good to go..

here's the progression from before i use the mixture up to 4 months of usage. :)

as you can observe in the 1month and 2 months photos, my skin is a bit shiny compared to the 4 months photo... well, i guess those are the times my skin feels sensitive, where mild peeling took place. hehe..

lose weight || back to 115lbs from 120lbs in 2 weeks

oh yeah~ im back on track! lol... isn't it amazing that i lost 5 lbs for just 2 weeks? yes! it's true! :P my regular weight is ranging from 113-115lbs before... before i started to lololololove eating.

when my bf decided to start gaining weight, i started gaining weight too, against my will! :)) why? oh you should know why! coz whenever he eats, he wants me to be with him... and i end up eating as much as him. and not to mention, he wants feeding me... letting me try new food chains, restaurants, or he just simply cook good stuff that i caaaaaaan't resist.

hey! we do love food <3 I LOVE FOOD! so my appetite went bigger and bigger and gained around 4-5lbs in just uhm 3weeks? but not gaining all 5 pounds! i started going up from 115 to 117 to 119 to 120.... O_O this got me all worried! i don't want to gain moooooore~ 

i tried doing exercises/workouts etc... but still no result.. coz i still eat! i mean really eeaaaaaat~

now, you asking me how i lost those extra pounds in just 2 weeks? 

i don't eat. at all.

NOT!!! 

of course i still eat! in order to survive... plus i love food, remember?

well, i started to cut my food intake in a day. 

make sure to have breakfast. 

i always have rice and some meat. then after that i'll have soya milk and yogurt... fulll~ this is actually enough to help me not starve for the whole day. seriously.

water. 

i always drink water. well sometimes i drink around 1-2 liters of water a day. depends. xD that's why i always go to the bathroom to pee.. hehehehe.

veggies & fruits.

 oh yes! i so love lettuce, tomato, and carrots. i eat them raw! in a salad. my nana always prepare salad for me to bring at work. that's what i eat during lunch break. :D i just add some bacon and mayo to add flavor. i loooooooooooove bacon <3 if salad is not available, i always opt to have apples or bananas.

snacks.

of course i still get hungry from time to time. so i'll just have some crackers to fill in my starving tummy. or fruits! apple and banananananananana. it makes me feel full.

no dinner.

yes... most of the time i don't eat during dinner time. maybe (sometimes) i eat small amount of rice and meat. and that's it. it's actually hard to say no to dinner since our nana cooks good food. gaaaah... so to divert my attention, i make myself busy and concentrated to diablo3. yes! i play my ass off to ignore dinner. i just drink water if i feel "hungry" or something. but sometimes i do give in but! i still don't let myself too hooked up. haha! or else... LOL.

fish oil.

my bf told me that fish oil helps in losing weight. i actually dunno how. ahaha! (will ask ol' good friend google later...) XD i take around 2 caps a day. that's uhm around 1-2g. :D

tea.

hehe of course... i always have a cup of tea before sleeping. hmm... it's either jasmine tea or the biofitea. yeah biofitea is a slimming tea. i might, i'll try, to make a review about it soon. but one thing's for sure. it will make you poop like hell! XD oh yeah... the pain~ but its all good~

exercise? workout?

yes! it is actually a must to keep you healthy and fit... but unfortunately, my laziness is such a douche... XD but soon... i will... again!

so yeah, that's it! just a reminder, these things might work for me, but it's not guaranteed that it will work for everyone. cheers!
